By the end of your personalised styling consultation, you’ll know exactly what to wear. Together, we’ll make those decisions based on the style of photography you’ve booked, the overall aesthetic we’re creating, and the vision for your final portraits. You can also choose from the Art for Life client wardrobe, hire a specialty gown from Statement Robes, or bring in something bold and unique from your own wardrobe. And maybe, it’s even the perfect excuse to treat yourself to something new and special just for the experience.

When you book
When you book, you will receive a beautifully curated Style Guide, thoughtfully designed around your photography experience. This guide offers more detailed styling direction specific to your session, including wardrobe pieces to consider, colour palettes that photograph beautifully, finishing touches to think about, and the finer details that elevate the overall feel of your images. Whether you are planning boudoir, fitness or motherhood, the Style Guide is created to help you step into your experience feeling confident, inspired, and beautifully prepared. For many women, it is the moment everything begins to feel real, and part of the magic that makes the experience so special.
Styling Essentials
For every session

Arrive in nude underwear, ideally a nude g-string and a nude strapless bra. This is the perfect outfit foundation, makes changing easier, and supports seamless retouching of your final images.

Consider bringing a personal or sentimental piece to make your experience uniquely yours, such as a hat, veil, or cultural item. An oversized shirt belonging to a partner can be intimate and fun.

The finishing touches matter. Jewellery and shoes help complete the look, and the finer details should be considered too, including neat nail polish on both hands and feet.
Styling
Styling is such a fun and important part of your experience. After booking, we’ll plan your perfect aesthetic together through a personal consultation. It’s your chance to share what you love and for me to bring those ideas to life, creating images you’ll hardly believe are real.
If you’d like an experienced stylist’s touch, Hannah from Styled By Wulfe is my in-house guru, with wardrobe pieces that will blow your mind. Hannah can consult, and be present on the day.
